Objective
Produce a one-off piece of literature to celebrate 15 years of project management
Activity
Following significant brand/industry research and several client led focus groups, mhd proposed a ‘coffee table’ book that challenged perceptions of the company and the industry itself, by concentrating on ‘end user’ benefits as opposed to bricks and mortar. Working with stunning commissioned photography, fresh colours and a classic typeface, the design allowed the reader to gauge the true personality of the company by dipping into any one of the 21 projects profiled.
Results
“An excellent effort in a tight programme and has been received exceptionally well by both staff and clients. A number of comments have been made complementing the fresh approach, quality of design and imagery. The success was due in no small amount to the dedication and creativity of your team – and in particular the persuasive skills and creativity of Mike and Roland who kept us on the edge and saved us from normality!” James Hamilton, Partner, Davis Langdon LLP.
The company have since retained the services of mhd to develop the book’s style across a range of internal communications, recruitment campaigns and brand guidelines.
